When you need to return a product

We get it!  Sometimes things don't go as planned.  Here are some options.

Error with Order Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

We apologize!  Just let us know if you would like a refund or a new shipment.

For damaged items, we appreciate a photo of the damage.  While we prepare our shipments carefully, sometimes things happen that we do not anticipate.   A picture of the mishap with your order will help us prevent future problems.
Changed Your Mind Your decision about the purchase needs to be adjusted

If your order has not shipped yet, we will cancel and refund your order.

If your order has shipped, you can mark the package "Return to Sender" or return the unopened products you no longer want.  

We understand you choose your purchases carefully! It helps us to know what choices are being made so we can provide the good stuff our customers want most.
If you are unhappy with the product Fragrance, texture, or some other product characteristic is not what you expected Please describe in detail the problem you are having with the product.  

We can certainly understand the issue with buying new products online - it is a focus of our constant attention! 

Sometimes, there is a mismatch between what you expected and how the product actually is.  As a micro business, we are able to respond to problems very quickly, if we know about them!   

We don't want unhappy customers - now or in the future.  Your input about your experience is needed so we can refine our products and our messages. 

General Information

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

When returning items, you should expect to receive your refund within a week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 5 business days).

About Return Shipping

For orders with multiple items, return shipping for all or part of your order is free.  A prepaid shipping label will be provided and will require return shipment in a box that matches the original box or a similar size.  Return shipping is normally via the least costly method available (either UPS or USPS).

For single item orders, return shipping is not free by default.  We will consider requests for free return shipping for single item orders on a case by case basis.

Please note that cosmetic products, even if they are returned, cannot be restocked if they have been opened.  Because of the expense of shipping (usually a minimum of 50% of the purchase price on single item orders), we are not able to provide free return shipping by default for single item orders.

We may decide to issue a refund or a partial refund without requiring return shipment.
