New products are fun to try, and sometimes a customer will have an expectation or use of a product that we have not thought of testing. If you experience any kind of issue or malfunction with our products, please let use know immediately so I can make it right or issue a refund. If your order is damaged or missing, please contact us at 602-888-1737 within 72 hours of receiving your order, so that we may replace your item(s).
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Out of Stock Conditions
At times, we may run out of inventory on a popular product. Handmade soap has a 3-4 week curing time, so we are constantly working on keeping the products everyone wants in stock for the future. If an item you have ordered is out of stock unexpectedly, we will contact you immediately to rectify the situation. If we cannot reach you within 5 business days, we will refund the portion of your order (including tax and shipping) for the out of stock items.
